On Thursday 27th April, brave students and teachers gave their hair to support the World’s Greatest Shave, which raises money for the Leukaemia Foundation. Thanks to overwhelming support from the school community, NCAT has raised a huge $3,301!
An enormous thank you to the Student Leadership Team for their passion, organisation and flawless execution of this project – from the marketing and fundraising to coordinating the lunchtime event on the day!
A big thank you to Michael Downes, Bailey and other students who volunteered to make the shave, spurred on by an excited and supportive crowd.
Student leaders also ran a hairspray station where everyone could add a pop of colour to their hairstyle in support of this great cause. Congratulations to all the students and teachers involved and thank you to everyone who donated – what a huge success!
