Work alongside a professional organisation and manage a range of stakeholders developing real world events. Master all aspects of event management and project coordination from working with light and sound, to the theories behind considered research and presentation. Students can develop skills in the area of film, audio and online. During these courses you will create individual, and collaborative, media products.

About Media (Screen Production) at NCAT

Skilled media and live production employees are in high demand nationwide. Recent years have seen a growth in industry demand for media technicians with skills in digital technology. Employment possibilities stretch across film, television, stage and music sectors.

The College consults with industry and government reference groups to ensure our curriculum remains consistent with emerging trends. Our purpose built facilities demonstrate sustainable practices and are furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, including a fully equipped recording studio, MIDI lab and multi media labs.

Media (Screen) can be studied through VCE Media, through VET Screen and Media with a video and production focus, and in Year 10 Media.
